Time to shed those heavy coats and woolly sweaters in favour of light jackets and pretty blouses. Designers are turning a cold shoulder to cold-shoulder tops and leaning toward off-the-shoulder necklines. V-necks, crew necks and scoop necks will be helping us show a bit more skin.
