Acura West is Customer-centric
Choosing a car is a big decision. With so many choices, options and information available, it can also be stressful. Acura West aims to make it easier, with an approach that runs counter to stereotypical sales.
“We strive to counter the stereotypical perception that many people have of car dealerships — low key, no pressure, collaborative discussions so the right choice is made for our guests. This philosophy permeates throughout the dealership from Sales to Parts to Service,” says Paul Jennery, general manager.
The dealership is welcoming, and the staff are knowledgeable, trained to help customers decide on the right vehicle with confidence and satisfaction. “Sales are a collaboration with the client. We are very customer-centric,” says Jennery.
Customers are usually car enthusiasts looking for something beyond basic transportation from A to B. “We excel at luxury performance, design technology.” For those considering entering the luxury market, the ADX is a good starting point, Jennery says.
A popular model is the Integra, a sporty, compact sedan with four doors, a hatchback and luxury elements. The Integra Type S was named Road & Track’s 2024 Performance Car of the Year. Sharp Magazine called it “probably the best car Acura has made in, well, a long time. It’s an instant future classic, especially with its slick six-speed manual.”
“We’re at the forefront of innovation and out-of-the-box design technology. Every manufacturer is looking at EVs down the road. Range and infrastructure are still top-most in minds,” says Jennery. To address this, hybrid versions of best sellers RDX and MDX models are in development. “The RSX will come out next summer. It’s an Acura EV that is high-tech, sporty, exciting looking and high-performance.”

The Acura West dealership approach matches Acura’s
dedication to design and luxury performance. General
manager Paul Jennery (CENTRE) leads a collaborative team
with a deep appreciation of Acura vehicles and a shared
commitment to superior customer service.
Community involvement is also important. The dealership supports local charities, sports and cultural organizations and events. This reflects the goal to be more than car sales — to be a place where customers feel they are part of the family.
For example, in the showroom, a wall of fame features sponsored sports teams for ages eight to fourteen.
Jennery invites people to come in to see it, see the vehicles, and talk to staff. “We have great new products, great new designs, great new technology.”
