Ellen-Ashton-Haiste is an award-winning writer and editor with more than 30 years’ experience with magazines and newspapers across Canada. A graduate of the Carleton University School of Journalism, she currently operates her own freelance business, FreelanceInk, based in St. Thomas.

Clare Dear is a national award-winning journalist whose writing interests include the automotive scene. Based in London, he’s also an experienced photographer and copy editor. Clare and his wife Diane, have two grown children – a daughter and a son – and one grandchild.

After graduating with a Masters Degree in Journalism, Kathy Rumleski has followed her passion for telling meaningful stories across Canada and in different countries. She has worked for daily newspapers in B.C. and Ontario and has covered international events, including the Olympics, along with politics, arts and parenting. Kathy also works for CTV London.

Mary completed her BA at Huron University College and her post-grad at Western University. Mary has been a professional writer and public relations consultant for over 10 years, specializing in the fashion and beauty industry. When she’s not working Mary enjoys spending time with her daughter and her Coton du Tulear.

Richard Bain is one of Ontario’s most well-known landscape a photographers, with 18 table-top books to his credit. After a graduating from the University of Western Ontario, he began his career as a professional photographer, concentrating on corporate and commercial photography. He has been working for Lifestyle since 2002.

Jan McGrath’s background encompasses teaching secondary school art as well as a career as an artist/illustrator with CFPL-TV, UWO and The London Free Press, followed by advertising sales which includes 7 years with Lifestyle Magazine. Living in Port Franks, she enjoys assisting her clients in London and areas north.

Lorraine Lukings is a sales professional with an edge that makes her a perfect fit for Lifestyle Magazine. “I’ve been in sales for over 20 years but working with clients in the home and design fields is perfect because I love interior decorating and gardening,” she explains. She frequently visits her clients in St. Thomas, Port Stanley and London because she feels that “service is key to a successful relationship in our business.”

An enthusiastic salesperson with over two decades of experience, Annette Gent brings her engaging personal style and positive perspective to Lifestyle Magazine. When not busy spending time exercising or with her family hiking and mountain biking, she can be found volunteering with various charities and sporting events.

Carla MacGregor’s focus as an account manager is to educate, inspire, solve problems and make connections. Carla has been in advertising sales and marketing for the past 20 years. Over the last 3 years she has been in the position of marketing director for a local furniture store. Having also been the customer she has seen advertising from both vantage points and knows how important it is having a clear message and getting it in front of the right people! Nancy Greenfield has been involved in print and graphic design for most of her adult life. She has worked on print and design projects while residing in Calgary, Kelowna, Toronto and London. Wendy Reid is an award-winning graphic designer, illustrator and fine artist. She holds a design diploma with honours from Fanshawe College’s Art and Design program and has over 25 years of experience designing for ad agencies, newspapers and magazines.

Colleen Zrini joined Lifestyle as a Distributor in 2015 after retiring from L.H.S.C. The position was an easy fit and adds some purpose and structure in retirement life.
